Counter Drone Systems
Kavveri Defence & Wireless Technologies plays a critical role in counter-drone operations through its specialized RF antenna and filter portfolio designed for threat detection, tracking, jamming, and disruption. Our RF systems are integral to command-and-control (C2), electronic attack (EA), and electronic support (ES) functions of both mobile and fixed Counter-UAS (CUAS) platforms.
RF Support for Detection and Jamming
We design RF antennas for direction-finding (DF), signal classification, and jamming. These include high-gain panel antennas, compact omnidirectional arrays, and beam-switchable systems optimized for the RF drone control spectrum.
Frequency Agility and Band Coverage
Our CUAS products operate across 400 MHz to 6 GHz, covering ISM bands (433 MHz, 2.4 GHz, 5.8 GHz), LTE control channels, and GNSS jamming targets. Multi-band front-end filters ensure selectivity, harmonics suppression, and co-site RF resilience.
Deployment Formats
We support flexible deployment including tripod-mounted tactical units, roof-rack vehicular systems, ruggedized cases for rapid deployment, and embedded antennas for integrated radar-jammer fusion systems.
RF Capabilities for CUAS Platforms:
- High-gain, sectorized, and beam-switched antennas for drone detection and jamming
- Multi-band low-loss filters, notch filters, and harmonic suppression filters
- Electrically small antennas for man-packable CUAS payloads
- COTS and custom antennas for platform integration (vehicular, tripod, rooftop)
- Rapid-response development cycles for emerging frequency threats
- Environmental protection and shielding for battlefield deployment
